Terms of Use
Conditions governing access to and use of singaporevoice.pro, operated by Singapore Voice Pte. Ltd.
Last updated: 06 July 2026
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “user”, “reader”) and Singapore Voice Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202947315K), a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 51 Cuppage Road, #10-12, Singapore 229469 (“Singapore Voice”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using singaporevoice.pro and related pages (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms for non-material updates. Material changes may require additional notice where appropriate.
2. About the service
Singapore Voice is an independent AI and technology news platform. We publish editorial journalism, sector analysis, daily briefings, and related informational content about artificial intelligence industry developments, machine learning, generative AI, enterprise adoption, startups, semiconductors, fintech applications, and responsible innovation. The Site is provided for general information and reader engagement — not as a substitute for professional advice.
Singapore Voice is not a political news organisation, government media outlet, marketing agency, education provider, investment adviser, or software vendor. We do not sell courses, agency retainers, or guaranteed financial outcomes. Descriptions of our editorial sections on programs.php and coverage formats on services.php illustrate newsroom beats and reporting styles, not purchasable service guarantees.
3. Eligibility and account
The Site is available to users who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old or accessing the Site under supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not require user accounts for general reading. Where you submit forms or correspondence, you agree to provide accurate information and to update it when necessary.
4. Editorial content disclaimer
This section is central to your use of the Site. Editorial material on Singapore Voice is published for general information on artificial intelligence and technology. Our Cuppage Road newsroom provides independent journalism and analysis — coverage depth varies according to source availability, embargo timing, and industry developments. We exercise reasonable editorial judgment but do not warrant that every article is complete, current, or free from error at all times.
We do not provide investment, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell securities, digital assets, or financial products. Technology company mentions, funding round summaries, and product launch reports are journalistic coverage — not endorsements. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions with legal or financial consequences.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party statements, press release claims, product performance representations, benchmark figures, or market outcomes cited in our reporting. Companies and research organisations may revise statements after publication; we publish corrections when material errors are identified in accordance with our editorial standards described in the FAQ.
Financial figures, user counts, valuation estimates, and case references are illustrative unless explicitly sourced and dated within the article. Projections and forward-looking statements by third parties remain their responsibility.
Singapore Voice is not political advocacy or government communication. We do not campaign for parties, ministries, or policy outcomes. Occasional reference to regulation or public policy may appear when relevant to enterprise AI or technology markets; such coverage is informational, not advocacy.
Opinion pieces, if labelled as such, reflect the attributed author’s views and not necessarily those of Singapore Voice Pte. Ltd. as a whole.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in Singapore or your jurisdiction.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to servers, databases, or accounts connected to the Site.
- Introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or scrape content at a rate that impairs service for others.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Singapore Voice or impersonate our journalists or staff.
- Harvest personal data of other users without consent.
- Republish substantial portions of the Site for commercial redistribution without prior written permission, except as permitted by fair dealing or fair use principles applicable to news reporting.
- Submit false tips, defamatory material, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to restrict access, remove submissions, and cooperate with authorities regarding conduct that threatens the Site, our staff, or third parties.
6. User submissions and correspondence
When you submit editorial tips, press releases, partnership enquiries, or other content through our forms or email, you grant Singapore Voice a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, and publish that material for journalistic purposes, subject to our source protection policies and the PDPA. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate third-party rights.
Submission does not guarantee publication. Our newsroom retains sole discretion over editorial calendar, fact-checking outcomes, and framing. Anonymous submissions may be accepted subject to verification standards described in our FAQ.
Contact form submission requires PDPA consent via an unchecked-by-default checkbox. See our Privacy Policy for data handling details.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site’s design, branding, original text, graphics, selection and arrangement of content, and underlying code are owned by or licensed to Singapore Voice Pte. Ltd. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print reasonable portions of the Site for personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the material and you retain copyright notices. Any other use — including republication in commercial newsletters, training datasets, or automated feeds — requires prior written consent from [email protected] unless a statutory exception applies.
Third-party trademarks, logos, and product names appearing in articles belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and reporting purposes.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to external websites, research repositories, company announcements, or social platforms. These links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement of the linked site or its operators. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party resources. Accessing linked sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the servers are free of viruses or harmful components. You are responsible for implementing sufficient safeguards and backup procedures appropriate to your needs.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Singapore, Singapore Voice Pte. Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site or reliance on editorial content — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site shall not exceed one hundred Singapore dollars (S$100) or the amount you paid to us for access to the Site in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, whichever is greater — except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded or limited under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or other mandatory Singapore law where you qualify as a consumer.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Singapore Voice Pte. Ltd. and its personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws.
Subject to any mandatory arbitration or small-claims procedures that may apply, you agree that the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site. You waive any objection to venue in those courts on grounds of inconvenient forum, to the extent permitted by law.
Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact [email protected] to seek informal resolution.
13. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged in writing.
14. Assignment
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganisation, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
15. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional guidelines referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Singapore Voice regarding the Site and supersede prior understandings on the same subject matter.
